Apprentice HGV / LCV Technician

Motus Commercials offers a structured 3-year Apprentice HGV / LCV Technician programme where apprentices learn to repair and maintain commercial vehicles (trucks or vans). The apprenticeship includes manufacturer-supported Level 3 qualifications (e.

g. , DAF Heavy Vehicle or VW/FIAT/ISUZU/FORD Light Commercial Vehicle Maintenance and Repair) delivered with approved training providers.

Most training takes place on the job at your local Motus dealership, supplemented by college blocks for theory and practical workshops. Apprentices are supported in the workplace by a dedicated Skills Coach who observes and assesses competence, and by a Mentor who supports personal and professional development.

The business covers all costs related to college blocks, including travel, accommodation, meals and learning resources. No prior experience is required - the programme seeks applicants with commitment and enthusiasm.
