Join Supporting Education Group as an Apprentice People Administrator and begin a structured HR operations apprenticeship. You will work within the Group People Hub supporting day-to-day HR administration, acting as a first point of contact for basic employee and manager queries, maintaining employee records in Sage People, administering paperwork for new starters and leavers, and supporting payroll and onboarding checks.

The role is hands-on and involves contributing to team projects and continuous improvement.

This apprenticeship includes off-the-job training delivered by Access Training Limited for the HR Support (Level 3) standard. You will gain professional knowledge across service delivery, problem solving, communication, teamwork, process improvement, managing HR information, and personal development.

The apprenticeship is 37. 5 hours per week (typically 3 days from home and 2 days in the office) with a provisional start date of Monday 5 January 2026.

Candidates must hold GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 (or equivalent), have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered), and pass satisfactory vetting checks. Recruitment involves a virtual assessment centre and interview.

Successful completion may lead to long-term permanent employment with the employer.
