This Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship with C. R. Civil Engineering Ltd places you in the Plant & Transport team to carry out general administrative duties and support staff under the Office Manager.
Day-to-day tasks include scanning, filing, data entry, maintaining logs and databases for plant, vehicles and equipment, processing delivery notes and service sheets, and supporting document control and logistics.
You will learn through on-the-job experience combined with specialist training delivered by DCG. The apprenticeship develops IT skills (e. g.
, MS Office), record keeping, communication, project support, and problem-solving. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 (40 hours/week), with training time away from the workplace as part of the programme.
