Want a real career start in HR? Join Vodafone’s Level 6 HR Apprenticeship - earn a funded BA (Hons) in Management and a CMI Level 5, rotate through talent, reward, L&D and D&I, lead projects and work hybrid. Apply by 31 March 2026.

Deadline in 91 days

Join Vodafone's HR Apprentice Programme (Level 6) to develop HR skills across the employee lifecycle while earning a funded Level 6 BA (Hons) in Management (HR Management) and a CMI Level 5 qualification. The programme combines practical rotations (talent acquisition, reward, learning & development, diversity & inclusion, organisational effectiveness) with one study day per week and opportunities to lead projects that improve onboarding, engagement and progression frameworks.

The role is hybrid based out of London (Paddington) or Newbury - typically 8 days a month in the office with the rest from home. The programme advertises a competitive salary range of £24,640-£27,000 per year, additional wellbeing and development benefits (Spirit days, opportunity to work abroad, charity days), and access to a global network of graduates, apprentices and interns along with peer buddies.

Applications close on 31 March 2026. Assessment centres will be held between January and March 2026, and successful applicants would start in September 2026. Applicants must meet the stated entry requirements, have the right to work for the full programme duration, and must not be enrolled in full-time education or already hold a similar-or-higher qualification.
