Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer

This is a full-time, workplace-based Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer position with Invictus Recruitment (Springfield House, 23 Oatlands Drive, Weybridge, KT13 9LZ). You will work as part of the recruitment team supporting managers to resource applicants: advertising vacancies, using candidate databases, preparing CVs, organising interviews, handling enquiries and maintaining administrative systems.

The role is customer-facing and target-driven, with day-to-day responsibilities that include diary management, candidate communication and client relationship building.

The apprenticeship lasts one year and includes off-the-job training delivered by Davidson Training UK Limited leading to a recognised Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer apprenticeship qualification. You will complete a Level 2 Certificate and Level 2 NVQ in Recruitment Resourcing and any required Functional Skills in maths and English.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm (40 hours a week). The programme start date is Monday 17 November 2025 and 1 position is available.

This opportunity is suitable for post-GCSE applicants (apprenticeship entry) who have strong communication, IT and organisational skills. Desirable qualifications include GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4-9).
