Apprentice scaffolder

GOLD SCAFFOLDING LTD is recruiting apprentice scaffolders to learn the skills required to become a qualified scaffolder over a two-year apprenticeship. Most of the apprenticeship is on-the-job, where apprentices will assist scaffolders with erecting and dismantling scaffolding, learn safe working practices, load and unload vehicles, and gain hands-on experience across site-based projects.

The role is offered by a NASC-accredited employer and includes quarterly subsidised off-site training.

The apprenticeship includes formal training with the training provider SIMIAN RISK MANAGEMENT LIMITED leading to the Scaffolder (level 2) qualification. Office-based training blocks run every 12 weeks (two-week blocks) in London.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm (45 hours per week). The apprenticeship offers a wage of £17,667 to £28,571. 40 depending on age, with overtime and pay increases as ability increases.
