As a Site Management Trainee at Wates you will support delivery of projects on time, safely and within budget. You will work across subcontractor and operator activities and multiple workstreams, developing technical understanding, programme/works management skills and familiarity with construction software and technology.

Over the course of the programme you will promote site safety, support commercial activity with supply chain and surveyors, develop client and design-team relationships, and contribute to delivery of project quality and timelines. The role combines on-site practical experience with formal training and structured learning.

This is a 3-year apprenticeship based in South London (Lambeth). Applicants must meet the entry requirements (GCSE Maths & English grade 4/C+, and obtained or working towards minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3).
