This is a Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative apprenticeship based in Burnley. The apprentice will learn core warehouse functions including goods in and out, stock checks and rotation, picking and packing, and occasional work on the trade counter to learn the sales side of the business.
The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with typical hours Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30 (1/2 hour unpaid lunch, two 15 minute breaks).
The apprenticeship runs for 15 months and combines on-the-job training with apprenticeship assessments towards the Level 2 qualification. The employer emphasises reliability and a willingness to learn and is a member of the Disability Confident scheme.
