VF Corporation is recruiting for its Warehouse Apprenticeship Scheme for the September 2026 intake based at its Bardon Distribution Centre in Coalville, Leicestershire (LE67 1FA). This full-time apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in supply chain and logistics and is designed to launch a career in the sector.

The apprenticeship starts September 2026, is initially 12 months in duration and includes at least 20% of time spent training or studying with a college or training organisation. Apprentices will earn £12.

21 per hour while working towards an NVQ Level 2 qualification with the opportunity to progress to NVQ Level 3 and potential permanent employment within the Distribution Centre.

As a Warehouse Apprentice you will carry out duties across safety, quality, delivery & service, inbound (receiving, checking and sorting), picking (automated or manual), value added services and packing, returns processing and despatch. The role involves working with automated systems and manual processes, supported by a Team Leader, Mentor and management team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday - initial 12 weeks 08:30-17:00, then may move to a weekly rotating shift pattern (Early 06:00-14:30 and Late 14:30-23:00); there is no weekend work. Desired skills include good communication, attention to detail, administrative and numeracy skills, IT ability and GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4 desirable but not essential to start).
