Prize: Certificate of Completion

Savills' Apprenticeship Virtual Insight Programme is an online introductory programme designed to give participants a comprehensive overview of the property industry and the apprentice experience at Savills. The programme combines interactive activities, career-pathway information and live webinars to showcase different roles and routes into real estate.

The programme is open to students in Year 12 / first year at college and above. Entry requirements state applicants must be at least 16, hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 or above, and be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Applicants should be able to attend live sessions and a screening telephone interview during UK working hours.

Assessment consists of an application form (including CV and an essay question) followed by a screening telephone interview. Successful participants will receive a Certificate of Completion on finishing the programme.

The next virtual cohorts are scheduled for June 2026 and again at the end of July / beginning of August 2026. Applicants may apply for only one format of Savills' work experience (either in-person or virtual).
