Ready to kickstart your career at KPMG in Leeds? Join the Audit Apprenticeship to work on major audits, use AI-driven data tools, gain hands-on experience and study AAT Levels 3 and 4, building professional skills and real-world credentials from day one.

Join KPMG's Audit Apprenticeship in Leeds where you will work on audit engagements for major organisations and contribute to providing a true and fair view of clients' financial positions. You will gain practical, on-the-job experience across varied and complex audits, supporting continuous improvement and audit quality while using technologies such as AI to analyse data.

As an apprentice you will study towards professional accounting qualifications as part of the programme: AAT Level 3 and 4 followed by a Level 7 ACA/CA route. The programme is delivered via a blended approach of online classroom (live and recorded) and in-centre training, supported by dedicated study leave, tuition providers (BPP/ICAS) and KPMG's Early Careers Development team.

The role is full-time and typically follows KPMG's hybrid working model. Travel is likely for audit engagements and to training partner offices. The apprenticeship is a structured five-year programme designed to develop technical accounting skills, exam readiness and professional experience leading to recognised accounting qualifications.
