KPMG Business Services (KBS) is offering a two-year Business Services apprenticeship based in either Leeds or Birmingham. As part of KBS you will provide administrative support across areas such as HR, Finance, Business Support, Facilities and Marketing, learning how data and reporting support operational performance.
The programme combines on-the-job experience with structured training to develop practical skills relevant to business services.
You will spend two days each week in the office and have the flexibility to work from home on other days. The apprenticeship includes a formal training programme delivered via a blend of online live and recorded classes plus in-centre classroom learning.
The apprenticeship qualification itself is a Level 3 Business Administration, delivered over a 15-month qualification period with a further nine months consolidating skills in the business.
On successful completion you will hold a widely recognised professional qualification and have hands-on experience within a leading professional services firm. The programme offers wrap-around support including dedicated coaches, online resources and additional study sessions, and an annual salary of £24,000.
