KPMG's Tax Apprenticeship in Leeds offers a structured, vocational route into tax and law practice where apprentices work on a variety of client projects and develop technical and professional skills. As part of a collaborative team you will help clients navigate tax policy and compliance, gaining experience across different specialisms and sectors while supported by KPMG's early careers community.
The programme is five years long and delivered via a blended learning model (online classroom live, recorded courses and in-centre classroom training). Apprentices initially study for AAT Level 3 and Level 4, then progress to the Level 7 ACA/CA professional qualification, supported by tuition providers (e.
g. , BPP/ICAS) and KPMG's Early Careers Development team. Training includes induction, formal courses, leadership sessions and practical workplace learning linked to your role.
The role is based in Leeds with hybrid working. KPMG offers an annual salary of A324,000 - A326,250 (dependent on programme and location). Applicants are expected to meet the stated GCSE/UCAS entry criteria, and the firm operates contextual recruitment measures; applicants who have begun or obtained a relevant degree should contact Student Recruitment to confirm eligibility.
Travel to training partner offices may be required under the hybrid model.
