Arm Women in STEM Insight Day

This online insight day introduces young women to Arm and the breadth of careers available across the company. Arm is a major UK technology business whose products and software underpin billions of devices worldwide, from smartphones and digital cameras to gaming consoles and smart meters.

The event is designed for participants who are curious about the tech industry and want a better understanding of how a leading company like Arm works.

The programme includes a welcome and icebreaker, an introduction to Arm, and a hands-on Micro:bit activity. It also explores tech for good, gives attendees the chance to hear from an inspiring speaker panel, and finishes with next steps and a wrap-up.

Although Arm’s engineering work includes software, hardware and electronics, the event also highlights wider careers such as marketing and business, making it relevant to applicants from any field of study.
