Build and exhibit a professional portfolio in a London gallery through studio masterclasses and career simulations across illustration, animation, graphic design and filmmaking. Visit galleries, get industry feedback and earn a Level 3 Award in Work Experience & Career Planning worth 8 UCAS points.

InvestIN Education's Art & Design Summer Experience is an immersive summer programme for students interested in art, design and creative industries. It runs as a one- or two-week programme (with an enhanced two-week option) based on UCL and the University of London campus and includes a choice of residential or non-residential attendance.

Participants take part in studio-based masterclasses and career simulations across illustration, animation, graphic design, textiles, filmmaking and concept art; visit leading London galleries and industry venues; build and curate a professional portfolio; and exhibit work in a London gallery space. The enhanced option adds extra professional development, networking events and year-long access to InvestIN's virtual Career Accelerator platform.

Students complete an online assessment to gain a Level 3 Award in Work Experience & Career Planning (worth 8 UCAS points) and receive a personalised certificate and industry reference. The programme includes safeguarding and pastoral care on-site, and residential students are accommodated in university halls with meals and optional airport transfers.
