Crowe's Maidstone Audit team are recruiting an Assistant, Audit (School Leaver) to start in September 2026. As a member of the audit team you will be involved in client work from early on, applying critical thinking and audit techniques across a range of organisations.

The role is office-based in Maidstone with regular travel to client sites and other Crowe offices.

This is a structured 4-year training contract where you will study towards the ACA professional qualification. The programme combines practical client work, internal and external training (including overnight stays for off-site courses), and formal study to build technical audit skills and professional competencies.

Crowe emphasises development, mentoring, and career progression across audit, tax and other service lines.

Entry requirements are BBC (or 112 UCAS points) from three A-levels (or equivalent) and GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Mathematics and English. Applicants must have the ability to travel; a full UK driving licence is preferred.

Crowe only accepts applications from individuals with an existing, permanent right to live and work in the UK.
