The Assistant, Audit (School Leaver) role is a school-leaver training contract starting September 2026. Successful applicants will join the Cheltenham team, work on client assignments from early on, and complete a four-year training programme while studying towards the ACA qualification.

The programme combines on-the-job experience with external training and development.

Entry requirements include BBC (or equivalent) from three A-levels and GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Mathematics and English Language. Applicants must be able to travel to client sites and other offices; off-site external training will require overnight stays.

Crowe operates a merit-based and inclusive recruitment approach and will only accept applications from those with a permanent right to live and work in the UK.
