AstraZeneca Apprenticeship Programmes

AstraZeneca's Apprenticeship Programmes offer an alternative to full-time study where you can earn a salary while gaining hands-on experience and achieving a recognised qualification. Programmes span areas including Scientific Development, Supply Chain, Digital, Manufacturing and Engineering, and include advanced and degree-level apprenticeships (Level 3 through Level 6-7).

Apprentices benefit from structured on-the-job learning, mentorship (line manager, mentor and a buddy who is an existing/ex-apprentice), flexible benefits, and a supportive onboarding programme.
