AstraZeneca's Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner Apprenticeship is a 39-month programme within the company's Global Sustainability function. Apprentices work on live sustainability projects across ethics & transparency, access to healthcare and environmental protection, collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams.
The apprenticeship includes a funded Level 4 qualification (Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner) with 20% of time allocated to study. Apprentices receive line manager support, a mentor and a buddy, plus a flexible benefits package including health, pension and insurance options.
The programme aims to provide meaningful development and clear progression opportunities, with many apprentices moving into full-time roles within AstraZeneca after completion. Roles for this apprenticeship are available at AstraZeneca's Macclesfield Campus.
