Want to explore law up close? Dive into justice, rights and cybercrime at Oxford colleges—small seminars, case studies and guided research for ambitious 13–15‑year‑olds. Build critical thinking, debate skills and uni-ready confidence.

Prize: Certificate of completion

Atlas Summer Courses’ Law summer school is designed for ambitious 13-15-year-olds who want to explore how legal systems shape everyday life. Hosted at University of Oxford colleges, the programme introduces key ideas such as justice, rights, and criminal responsibility, while also looking at modern challenges like cybercrime, fraud, and online privacy.

Learning is delivered in small classes and seminar-style sessions, with interactive teaching, case studies, group discussion, and guided research. Students are encouraged to analyse arguments, think critically, and develop confident debating and communication skills.

The course also includes a teamwork and debating masterclass, along with reflection time to review personal goals and achievements. The programme is structured to feel engaging and age-appropriate, with tutors tailoring content to the interests and abilities of the group rather than following a fixed curriculum.

Students also benefit from a supportive environment, structured social activities, and the chance to experience academic life in Oxford while building confidence and independence.
