The Institute of Physics Atomic and Molecular Interactions Group (AMIG) is running a poster competition inviting young people to explore atomic and molecular interactions. Entrants should create a digital A4 poster (PDF) on any topic connected to atomic or molecular interactions; the exact topic is open to the entrant's choice and may be something they already know or something researched specifically for the competition.

The competition is open to those aged 15 to 18 who study at a school in the UK. Entries must be submitted with a teacher's or guardian's permission; a teacher, parent, or guardian must register on the Award Platform to upload the poster for entrants under 18.

Prizes are book vouchers (A350, A330 and A320 for first, second and third places). The competition closes at 17:00 on Sunday 30 November 2025; applicants should read the full terms and conditions before applying and submit via the IOP Award Platform under 'Special Interest Group Prizes'.
