EY’s Audit Apprenticeship Programme gives you the opportunity to train as an external auditor while working towards a recognised professional accounting qualification.
Across a four-year programme you will work in client teams to test business controls, analyse financial and non-financial data and develop audit strategies. You will study towards the ICAEW professional qualification, attend in-person courses, undertake self-study and sit exams, and receive ongoing learning through EY courses and support from a dedicated Career Counsellor and Apprenticeship Coach.
The role involves a mixture of hybrid working - time on client sites, in the office and working from home - and starts in September 2026. Salary is described as competitive. Note: for the Belfast intake applicants must be able to remain in Northern Ireland for the full duration of the programme; offers cannot be transferred to other EY UK/Ireland locations.
