Earn while you learn at Aviva: join a paid apprenticeship across seven pathways, get employer-funded professional qualifications, a starting salary of £25,100 and a permanent contract from day one.

Aviva's apprenticeship programme offers a combination of on-the-job experience and employer-funded study towards professional qualifications. There are seven pathways (Actuarial, Business Management, Claims, Data, Risk Management, Technology & Change delivery, Underwriting), and apprentices complete a central Early Careers development programme including a three-day face-to-face induction, quarterly development sessions, mentoring and cohort activities such as an end-of-year innovation challenge.

Typical working-learning balance is around 80% on-the-job and 20% study. Apprentices join on a permanent contract from day one and receive a starting salary of £25,100, plus benefits such as paid holiday, bonus potential and product discounts.

Roles are based across multiple UK locations and often use a hybrid working pattern (commuting to office typically three days per week). Applicants apply via Aviva's jobs site for current vacancies.
