Bach International Music Competition

The Bach International Music Competition is an international online music competition open to performers, composers and creators worldwide. It accepts entries across a wide range of categories - instruments and voice, composition and film music, conducting, chamber music, music video and music writing - and is designed with age- and experience-appropriate categories so entrants compete fairly within their level.

The 2026 Season 3 (18th Edition) is accepting online applications with an application deadline of 26 August 2026; results will be announced 18 September 2026. The online format allows musicians from any country to participate without geographical limits.

Participants benefit from official awards and certificates, global exposure through the competition's media channels, and career-enhancing recognition; winners may be featured on the website and international social media.
