BAE Systems Work Experience

This one-week work experience placement at BAE Systems gives students a structured introduction to the company through team-building exercises, site tours, a visit to the simulator facility, and rotations through different business functions. Participants also work on an individual project and finish the week with group presentations.

The placement is designed to help young people understand how BAE Systems operates, what different teams do, and what career opportunities are available after school. The programme is aimed at younger secondary school students and is based at BAE Systems' Rochester site.

Applications are encouraged as early as possible because places may close before the advertised closing point if demand is high.
