Join the Neonatal team at Barking Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust as a Band 4 Apprentice Neonatal Administrator. Working 37. 5 hours per week on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), you will welcome families and professionals, handle phone and communication duties, and provide a range of administrative support to the clinical team.

You will support the Neonatal Service with incident paperwork, policy and guideline management, audit and risk processes, and organise regular meetings and short-term project tasks. The role operates from the Trust sites, including Queen's Hospital in Romford and King George Hospital in Goodmayes, and is part of an active, multi-site Trust delivering a range of community services.

Alongside the role you will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship. Applicants must meet the listed eligibility criteria (18+, right to work, 3 years UK residency) and should review the full job description and person specification before applying.
