This is a practical, hands-on investment banking and banking work experience programme for Year 12 students delivered in central London. Participants learn about trading, asset and portfolio management, risk management, financial markets, private equity and gain exposure to industry through visits (examples listed include EY and Lloyd’s of London).

Groups are small (10-12 students) to support interactive workshops, case studies and trading simulations.

Students can choose 1-, 2- or 3-week packages and may opt for a residential option at Ramsay Hall (UCL) where available. The programme includes preparation materials, mentoring from industry professionals, networking opportunities and a certificate to support university applications.

A widening participation bursary scheme is available (full and partial bursaries) with specific application requirements and deadlines.

Prices (2026): 1 week (Rising Talent) 99.00; 2 weeks (Career Explorer) 2999.00; 3 weeks (Future Leader) 3999.00. Fees cover the programme activities, workshops and industry visits. A residential option (Ramsay Hall, UCL) is offered for students who opt in; note bursary recipients should check whether accommodation costs are covered. Bursaries available (full, 75%, 50%) via separate application.
