This is a full-time Bar and Waiting apprenticeship working as part of the Browns Brasserie / Mitchells & Butlers teams, delivered through Lifetime Training. As an apprentice you will greet, serve and look after guests, learn menu and drink knowledge, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and work with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere.

The apprenticeship includes a mixture of on- and off-the-job training (workplace coaching, workshops and webinars), regular reviews every 12 weeks, and quarterly catch-ups with a Lifetime Trainer. Apprentices will work 30 paid hours per week and, where needed, will obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths if they do not already hold GCSEs.
