This is a full-time Bar and Waiting Apprenticeship delivered through Lifetime Training and based at Potton Hall Spa (postcode IP17 3EF). Apprentices will learn front-of-house duties including greeting and serving guests, maintaining cleanliness and safety, working with a team to create a welcoming atmosphere, and understanding menus to make recommendations.
No prior experience is required and on-the-job training is provided.
The apprenticeship runs for 15 months and includes a mix of on- and off-the-job training (workshops, webinars), regular reviews every 12 weeks, and scheduled catch-ups every 4-6 weeks. Apprentices will work 30 paid hours per week and will obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths if they do not already hold GCSEs.
Successful completion awards the Level 2 Food and Beverage Hospitality apprenticeship standard.
