Join Miller & Carter in Didcot as a Bar and Waiting Apprentice working on-site at 4 Milton Gate (OX14 4TX). This apprenticeship starts Friday 12 December 2025, runs for approximately 15 months and is a paid role of 30 hours per week.
The vacancy is for one position and is advertised by Mitchells & Butlers under the Miller & Carter brand.
As an apprentice you will learn front-of-house service skills: greeting, serving and looking after guests, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, knowing the menus and recommending items, and working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer experiences. Training includes a mixture of on- and off-the-job learning, regular reviews and feedback, workshops and webinars.
You will work towards Functional Skills in English and maths if you do not already have GCSEs.
The training provider is Lifetime Training Group Limited. Pay is advertised at £10/hour for 16-20 year olds and £12. 21/hour for 21+ year olds.
