Join Mitchells & Butlers as a Bar and Waiting Apprentice at the Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery in Henbury, Bristol. In this role you will greet and serve guests, know the menus and drink offerings, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and work with the team to create a friendly atmosphere.
No prior experience is required.
This is a work-based apprenticeship with a mix of on- and off-the-job training delivered by Lifetime Training Group Limited. You will study towards the Hospitality Team Member Level 2 apprenticeship standard (Food and Beverage Service) and may complete Functional Skills in English and maths if you do not already hold GCSEs.
Training includes regular reviews, workshops, webinars and progress feedback.
The apprenticeship starts Thursday 27 November 2025, runs for approximately 15 months (listed duration 1 year 3 months), and is based at 189 Henbury Road, BS10 7AD, Bristol. Typical hours are 30 per week with shift work including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Pay rates vary by age band as listed above and the role includes standard company benefits such as staff discounts, pension and funded progression opportunities.

£10 per hour
16-20 year olds: £10 per hour; 21+ year olds: £12.21 per hour.
