Bar and Waiting Apprenticeship - Miller and Carter (Mitchells & Butlers)

Join Miller and Carter as a Bar and Waiting apprentice based at the Greenmount site. You will work as part of the front-of-house team serving guests, recommending menu items, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and contributing to a friendly customer experience.

The role is shift-based (including evenings, weekends and bank holidays) with 30 paid hours per week and starts at the restaurant on Brandlesholme Road (BL8 4DS).

This apprenticeship combines on-the-job learning with off-the-job training delivered by Lifetime Training Group. You will work towards the Food and Beverage Team Member Level 2 standard, including Functional Skills in English and Maths if required.

Training includes workshops, webinars, regular reviews every 12 weeks with your line manager and trainer, and a mix of face-to-face and remote catch-ups every 4-6 weeks.

Wages vary by age band (see remuneration). The apprenticeship starts on 28 November 2025 and runs for approximately 15 months. The vacancy may close early if a suitable candidate is found.
