This virtual work experience programme gives you an introduction to Barclays and the world of banking. You will explore who Barclays is, how a bank works, and what life is like inside a major global financial services company.
The programme is designed to help you build practical life skills, confidence and a clearer understanding of the kinds of early career routes available in banking.
Across the experience, you will take part in interactive content, quizzes and activities, alongside a webinar that explains how Barclays operates day to day. You will also learn about Barclays LifeSkills, the bank’s programme for helping young people develop everyday skills such as money management and communication.
By the end, you should have a better sense of the roles available at Barclays, the skills employers value, and how your own interests could fit into a future career in finance.
