Barclays LifeSkills: Identifying Your Own Strengths is a virtual work experience programme designed to help you understand your own strengths and skills, and why they matter for both work and everyday life. You’ll explore the difference between a strength and a skill, hear from Barclays colleagues about how they identify their own abilities, and practise important transferable skills such as listening and problem-solving.

The programme includes interactive content, a webinar and a short quiz, plus guided self-reflection to help you assess what you’re good at and how that might shape your future choices. It is open to anyone aged 13 and over and takes around 2 hours to complete.

When you finish, you can download a certificate of completion.
