Beaufort Chancery Ltd is recruiting for an Accountant Apprentice to join its Crewe office. The role is an on-the-job apprenticeship where the apprentice will undertake day-to-day accounting tasks including transaction posting, cloud-based bookkeeping, invoice processing, bank statement imports, VAT return downloads and filing, monthly payroll, Companies House confirmation statements and general office support.

The position is full time (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with one position available.

The apprenticeship includes formal training to achieve the Assistant Accountant (Level 3) qualification delivered by Macclesfield College. Training will be delivered remotely (no day release to college).

The apprenticeship length is listed as 1 year 3 months, with a stated start date of Monday 2 February 2026. Successful completion may lead to a full-time position with the employer.
