Beazley’s Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship is an 18-month programme within the HR function designed to give apprentices a broad, practical foundation in HR. You will begin in the operations team to develop core skills and understanding of HR processes, then rotate through two further HR roles (for example Learning & Development, Reward & Benefits, Talent Recruitment) tailored to your skills and business needs.
Across the programme you will complete the Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship and work towards the CIPD Foundation Certificate. By the end of the 18 months you will have practical experience across three different HR areas and be positioned to move off the programme into a full-time HR role at Beazley.
There is also the possibility to progress onto the Level 5 HR programme to further enhance professional qualifications.
Entry requirements are specified: five GCSEs (grades 4-9, including English and maths) and three A-levels (grades A-C) or equivalent. The programme emphasises development through the Beazley UK Early Careers Academy and tailored progression pathways aligned to your chosen programme.
