BelEve Mentorship Programme

BelEve's Mentorship Programme (BelEve In Her Success) provides tailored mentoring and career support for young women aged 15-22. The programme pairs participants with trained mentors to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and open access to career opportunities and networks.

Activities are designed to support educational and career progression and to amplify participants' voices.

Programme delivery includes six 90-minute one-to-one mentoring sessions (monthly), six skills-development workshops covering confidence-building, leadership, interview techniques, interpersonal skills and career insights, and quarterly BelEve social events that take place both online and in person. Participants can expect personalised guidance, leadership development activities and increased peer connections through the BelEve community.

To join, interested young women are asked to express interest via the website/contact form and BelEve will guide them through the process. The page also highlights partner initiatives such as the BIHS x Kerv Mentoring Programme (focused on women in tech), which has limited places (10 spots) and a stated application closing date for that partner programme of 3 January 2025.
