AJ Bell's Investment Operations Specialist Apprenticeship Programme is a two-year, Level 4 apprenticeship designed to give you hands-on experience in supporting customers to invest while working towards an industry-recognised professional qualification. Successful applicants will join the AJ Bell Apprenticeship Academy in September 2026 and receive on-the-job training alongside in-house technical and professional development.

Across the programme you'll develop skills including communication and influencing, team working, ownership and initiative, with opportunities to follow managerial or technical career paths at AJ Bell. The company offers a wide range of employee benefits such as holiday entitlement, professional qualification support, pension contributions, discretionary bonus scheme, health and wellbeing benefits, and ongoing technical training.

The role uses a hybrid working model with a minimum of 50% of working time in the office and an initial full-time in-office period for new starters.
