Want to sharpen your KS5 Media Studies edge? Join BFI's in-person revision day at Southbank—guided cinema-based sessions that revisit theory, analyse diverse media, and build exam-ready skills. Connect with peers, clarify concepts and boost your confidence.

Deadline in 137 days

This in-person revision study day is designed for KS5 Media Studies students who want to strengthen their understanding of core ideas before exams. Taking place at BFI Southbank, it brings students together for a focused day of guided revision in a cinema and study environment linked to media learning.

Across the day, students take part in activities that revisit the theoretical framework and key media theories, using a range of products from different media forms. The sessions are intended to help clarify more challenging areas of the course, support application of critical readings, and encourage students to engage with the issues and debates that appear across A Level specifications.

There are also Q&A opportunities throughout the event to help deepen understanding and give students the chance to raise questions about exam preparation.
