The Big Bang UK Young Scientists and Engineers Fair 2026 is a three-day in-person STEM fair at the NEC in Birmingham from 9 to 11 June 2026. School groups are invited to discover hands-on workshops, interactive activities and live shows that showcase careers in science, engineering and technology.
The event brings together scientists, engineers and technicians so students can ask questions and explore real-world STEM applications. Registration is open and school groups can book free tickets via the official event registration link.
The Fair aims to inspire students about STEM careers and provide practical insights through employer and university stands, live demonstrations and stage shows. Organisations are also invited to support the event by providing volunteers, exhibits or workshops to help engage the next generation of STEM talent.
