Immerse Education's Oxford Biology summer programme is a two-week residential (or non-residential) course for students aged 16-18. The programme delivers 40 hours of expert-led teaching covering genetics, ecology and human biology, plus hands-on practical work and a self-directed research project.
Students live and learn in Oxford University colleges (assigned by subject and dates) and benefit from small class sizes (7-10 students), personalised 1-on-1 tutoring, mentor support, guest speaker sessions and a graduation ceremony with certificate. The course is designed to deepen subject knowledge and strengthen university applications.
Social and cultural activities are included, such as two day trips (including Cambridge and an optional London visit), formal college dinners, and evening events. Accommodation (for residential options), meals and college facilities (Wi-Fi, separate male/female accommodation) are provided where specified.
