Fancy meeting women shaping architecture? Join Birmingham Architectural Association’s Mochas and Mentoring morning to network, gain practical advice, build connections across career stages and find mentors. Share ideas, explore pathways and boost your uni or career prospects.
Join the Birmingham Architectural Association for a 'Mochas and Mentoring' morning - a friendly networking and mentoring breakfast session that brings together women in architecture and design. The event encourages conversation, collaboration and connection across different career stages, providing an opportunity to meet like-minded women in a supportive, face-to-face setting.
These mentoring mornings are open to students, professionals and others connected to the architecture and design professions. The sessions aim to create a safe space to share experiences, identify challenges facing women in the field, and begin to develop proposals for policy and practice that support women's progression in the profession and in education.
If signing up as a student, please select the 'Student' ticket and register with your educational email address - orders without one will be cancelled. The event is free but places are limited and booking via Eventbrite is essential.
Please note this is an in-person event at The Exchange Cafe in Birmingham; photographers and videographers will be present and, due to sponsorship agreements, recruiters and sales representatives are not permitted.
Dates from the previous cycle — new dates are announced when applications reopen.
