Black Females in Architecture (BFA), in partnership with Heatherwick Studios, is hosting an in-person careers fair designed to support students, graduates and early-career professionals who want to strengthen their career paths and ambitions in architecture and the built environment. The event uses an interactive, speed-networking style format, giving attendees the chance to speak directly with professionals working across the built environment.
Participants can move between different people, ask questions about career journeys, receive tailored feedback, and pick up practical advice for their next steps. It is also intended as an informal and approachable networking space for anyone looking to explore different roles, build connections and identify potential long-term mentors.
