Blue Stamp Travel - Biarritz French Surf and Study

This is a supervised summer camp in Biarritz for 15-17 year-olds that combines classroom French tuition with supervised surfing and cultural activities. Language lessons are offered for levels A2 to C1 in small groups (maximum 8) and focus on speaking, listening, reading and writing.

Students are allocated to ability groups following a pre-travel written test and a short speaking test on the first morning. The package includes a surf programme (four 1. 5-hour lessons per week) with fully qualified instructors, all equipment (wetsuits and surfboards), and activities such as city tours, cultural visits and social evenings.

Students stay with carefully selected host families (twin rooms, full board during summer; half board in Spring dates). Return transfers from Biarritz airport or railway station are included and 24/7 emergency support is provided by the UK office.

Logistics: the summer camp runs from 20/06/2026 to 15/08/2026 with multiple weekly start dates (last start date 09/08/2026). Arrival is Sunday after 13:00 and departure is Saturday before 12:00. Booking and price checking are done via the Trip Planner; a deposit is required to secure a place.

Students must be able to swim and will be supervised by group leaders (1:8 for water activities, 1:12 for other activities).
