Blue Stamp Travel’s Work Experience+ in Germany gives students the chance to combine authentic German language learning with real workplace experience. The programme is designed for young people aged 16-18 and is aimed at A-level, university, Highers and IB students who want to build confidence using German in practical, real-life settings.
The experience is based in Berlin, Hamburg or Munich and combines an intensive language course with work placements in local businesses and organisations. Students typically receive 20 language lessons and spend around 12-15 hours in the workplace from Monday to Friday, developing transferable skills such as teamwork, communication, resilience and problem-solving.
Placements are tailored to each student’s interests, academic background and language level, and longer-stay internship options are also available separately for older students.
Location
- Designed for students aged 16-18.
- A-level, university, Highers and IB students are the stated audience.
Work placements are not paid.
