Bournemouth University's Undergraduate Open Day gives prospective undergraduate students the chance to explore the university and learn about courses. Throughout the day you can attend subject talks delivered by academic staff and ask questions during the exhibition, go on campus tours led by Student Ambassadors, and view halls of residence on the Lansdowne Campus as well as the Student Village on Talbot Campus.
The majority of courses are represented at Talbot Campus, with Health & Social Care courses (including Nursing, Midwifery, Paramedic Science, Physiotherapy, Social Work and Sports Therapy) represented at Lansdowne Campus. Travel between campuses is supported by a free shuttle bus.
The university offers a range of travel support and discounts to help attendees. A £50 Travel Bursary is available to those who have received Free School Meals or have been in care in the last five years.
Attendees can also access 30% off National Express coach journeys and 20% off South Western Railway train travel. Joining instructions, including programme details and travel arrangements, will be sent approximately a week prior to the event.
