One young creative is selected each month for a blog interview and £100 to support their work. Share a little about yourself and your creative practice; if selected, you’ll answer interview questions for publication on the blog.
Brave Island’s Young Creative of the Month Fund invites young people to share their creative practice for a chance to be featured on the Brave Island blog. The fund is open to a wide range of creative people, including musicians, graphic designers, writers and makers, and each month one person is selected for an interview.
If chosen, you’ll receive £100 to support what you do, and Brave Island will share your interview with its wider audience. The process is intentionally simple: you tell them a bit about yourself and your creative work, rather than completing a long funding application.
If you are selected, you’ll be sent interview questions to answer so the interview can be published on the blog. If you are not successful, you can apply again because the fund runs every month.
