The British Army - Leadership Challenge Day at Longmoor Training Camp is an in-person, activity-based event for college and further education students (aged 16+). Delivered by Army staff, the day features a series of team challenges designed to develop teamwork, communication, leadership, resilience and self-awareness through practical, interactive tasks.
The programme runs from arrival/registration in the morning through to dispersal in the afternoon (0830 arrival with activities across the day, and 1600 dispersal). Teams of approximately 20 will rotate through themed stands and take part in eight stand rotations across the day.
Lunch (ration packs) and safety equipment/coloured bibs are provided; suitable outdoor clothing and footwear should be worn. There is no charge to attend. Tickets must be booked via the students' educational organisation (one ticket per student).
Participating groups must provide at least one supervising staff member per team. Attendees are responsible for their own transport to Longmoor Training Camp; organisers request teams arrive together and note that photography may take place during the event.

Free to attend. Lunch provided for participants and team leaders via ration packs (Meat, Vegetarian & Halal). Participants are responsible for their own travel to/from the venue; ample free parking is available.
