Be the first point of contact for customers at a Crewe homestore: greet people, help them find items and promote in-store campaigns. You’ll also support displays and keep the shop organised, with flexible sessions arranged around mutually convenient times.

British Heart Foundation is looking for Sales Floor Volunteers for its Crewe Homestore. The role supports a charity that funds research into heart and circulatory diseases, helping to improve the lives of families and loved ones affected by these conditions.

Volunteers play an important part in keeping the shop running smoothly and creating a welcoming experience for customers.

As a Sales Floor Volunteer, you will be the first point of contact for customers when they enter the shop. Typical tasks include greeting customers, helping them find items, answering questions, promoting campaigns and in-store sales, and supporting window and shop displays.

You may also help keep the shop tidy, clean and well organised, and assist fellow volunteers and staff with customer queries.

This is a flexible and inclusive volunteering opportunity with no fixed session times; the team will arrange mutually convenient times with you. It is an unpaid role, and applicants must be aged 17 or over.

You apply through the British Heart Foundation MyVolunteer portal, where you can log in or complete a simple application form.
