The professional summit features four strategic panel discussions examining building social value, housing delivery, bridging the skills gap and how technology, net zero and innovation will transform construction by 2035. Alongside the panels, the careers fair runs immersive, hands-on workshops delivered by employers and training providers where students explore apprenticeship and career pathways, experience tools and technologies, and learn about progression and earning potential.
